        A review of Subject's documentation in the name Daniel L, CARSWEL
      indicates that if he writes to his ostensible parents, he may use
      one of two or three addressess

      (1)                            N. Y. - This live address was
      established in the Subject's alias by MPO through SB/3. MFO has
      been advised to add the names Mildred -.gcdDaniel CARSWElL (parents)
      as  co-addressees.9tldl-04, t
      (2)          Pennsylvania -       appears as the parentd' residence
      on CaR   1   birth certificatee  O has been enuested to contact
      the Postal Superintenent atJunder             dvise him that
      MFO has an official interest in aq mail arriving addressed to
      Mildred or Daniel CARSWELL, and to file a change of address card
      with the PO at        forwarding any CARSWELL mail to a P0 Ba
      in Philadelphiawich     will service daily.

      (3)  True parents' address - Phelan, PSD, is checking to determine
 ?zd '4whether CiE~a parents are alive, where they live, and how they
      are to be approached re brieifing them on accepting mail addressed
      to CARSWELL at their own address* They have not yet been approached
      on this matter, and do not know their son has been imprisoned.
