Source was arrested three times for iti-Castro activities. le was chief of anti-Castro group composed .of former military people. He was arrested last time on 7 Aug .59 and served time in Isle de Pinos until he was ransomed on 24 Dec 62 along with his brother. This report was developed by an Air Force representative aasigned to office of collectionj 1. Before I was arrested I kneir many people who were working with me in order to overthrow th Castro Comuniot government. ' Many of us took Eloy 'Gutierrez Menoyo as a sincere individual who wanted to overthrow the Castro government., Gutierrez knew me well and I told him where we ,were going to meet the time we were captured by G-2. He was the only person that knew we were going to be there besides the people that were captured with me. later on I was told by many of wcq, friends that Gutierrez had informed on us. To my knowledge he also informed on 142 other people that were captured and are now ,ih . 2. Since I have arrived here I am told that he is ve active in anti- Cactro Groups. I sincerely believe that this man is a Castro agent in dsguise. He pretends to be anti-Castro but I strongly believe that he actually is working for the Castro government. I am so sure of this that I can willing to testify against Gutierrez in any court of law.
