The project provides for physical and.photo- graphic surveillance operations in support and exploitation of other M1exico City operations, particularly those targetted at S Soviet -ersonnel and installations. 2. .uthority is requested to obligate *$84)91 fiomthe DD/P-WK Division operatint budget; 8 for fiscal year . 10a i36,2 f~ or fiscal 1901, stibject to the availability of unds.
