    to inform m that the name of the British official with whoa the
    FY     gr p had discussed the matter of .getting an uninhabited
    island as   stagg  area was Colonel Morris il,  of what he caled

    This matter of a British island had been mentioned to me before by
    Special Agent George Davis of the FBI, so I discussed the matter with
    him (Davis)  He said that he had known that Hill has talked to someone
    on this subjectabut a-British officer, whose no* he thought, without
    looklng it up, was Cadalder and who is Hill's superior in Jamaica, came
    to Miam to  inform the FBI that Hill's conversation with that group
    had been reported to him and that, not only rould the British Government
    not entertain such a notion, but HiMl was off base in even discussing.
