               Re Miami letter with enclosure dated 5/12/65, and
     NYlet dated 5/20/65, both captioned as above.
               Dr. ERNEST   RAGON, 360 East 72nd Street, NYC4 on
     7/21/65, advised th                   t  ENRT       RADA
     sometime in early- June 1965 concerning the i=3ie        -
     Washington, D.C. at the Soviet Embassy on 3/7/65.(
           SARAGON stated that ESTRADA told him that in April
     1965    act date not recalled, he got a'telephone call from
 MARI        SIP, the Financial    ta     of the Frente 0 rero
     RevoucioarioDemocratiCubano - (FORDC) and MARI9 bNTELA,
     Secretaryo   Prepagandaof  the FORDC. who reside  in Miami,      o
     SFlorida, advising him that they were sending him an airline
     ticket and that he should come to Miami immediately.  ESTRADA
     told ARAGON that he was questioned by the FORDC officials in      a
     Miami for quite some time concerning the incident and that
     they were very anxious to find out who had paid the expenses      a
       d who had paid the $500 fines for the individuals arrested      Q
      in Washington, D.C. on 3/7/65. ARAGON said that ESTRADA did      Z
     not disclose who paid the expenses and the fines and indicated
     that the FORDC officials in Miami were upset about the incident
     which occurred in Washington, D.C. on 3/7/65f
               ARAGON said he could not push ESTRADA any further
     on ascertaining the identity of the individual or individuals
     who paid the fines, but it was his, ARAGON's, belief thatf
