C IJ Dr Today, Friday, March 27, 1964, I met at CIA headquarter0 with Ir. Rocca to review the CIA filo on Loo Hmavey Oswald. The file contains those materials 1rxaishcd to us previously by CIA. In addition, it. contains the followinZ matcrials: a. Cable reports from the CIA tation in Moid.co of Iove'ber 22 and 23, 1963 relatinz to fhotocrbahs of a porzon w0ho had visited the Cuban and Soviet Enhaasics in Iwxico City during October and Novedbcr 1953; and reports on those cables furnished on Noverdber 23 by CIA to the Secret Service. These massaZes are accuratcly pn~arpraed in the attachmcnts to the CIA memorandum of March 24, 1964 (Conmission Document i'=674). b. Cable of' October 10 from CIA Mo:ico City station to CIA hcadquartero reporting on O-aald contac t at Soviet Ebassy, and October 10, 1963 micsae from CIA hcadquarters to Mexico City station ox background infomation on Osald. Thoose cssaGes are accurately rcportcd in the CIA acorandum of January 31, 1964. I did not review any materials later than November 23, 1963. 1r. Rbcca also aboved me the printout of the references to oviald documents in. the CIA electronic data storaze system. There ws no item liated which we have not been riven oither in full text or parahrased. When I evidenced an interest in the CIA electronic data processing system, Mr. Rocca said that he would arranSe a detailed explanation at a future visit.
