     Tody,  Friday, March 27, 19611-, I met at CIA headquark--r wVith
M16. Rocca to roview the CIA filo on Lao EIarvey Oswald. Tie file
contains those materials flurished to us previously by CIA. In
addition, it contains the folloing natcrials:

     a.  Cable reports from the CIA station in Mod.co of Ioembcr
22 and 23, 1963 relating to _hotograhs of a porzon ifho had vicited
the Cuban and Soviet EDbassics in Mexico City durin- Octobor and
Nlovem ber. 19563; and reports on these cables furniIshcd on INovcber
23 by CIA to the Secret Sorvice.  Thcso mossazes are accuxately
par-g   caced in the attachmcnts to the CIA memorandum of March 24,
1964 (Commission Documnnt =}674).

     b.  Cable of October 10 from CIA MYxico City station to CIA
hcadquarters  reportinr, on Osald contact at Soviet Ebasry, and
October 10, 1963  iessaqe fron CIA headquarters to Mexico City station
of background infomation  on Oswald. Vhose mcaas are accuxately
reported in the CIA  acmorandum of Januayr 31, 1964.

     I did not review aWy materials later than November 23, 1963.

     Mr. Rocca also abowed me the printout of the references to
Oswald documents in the CIA electronic data storaze system. There
waS no itsim listed which we have not been Given either in full text
or paraphraced.


     When I evidenced an interest
