APPEAL  under Article 56 of the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union, brought on
18 April 2023,

ClientEarth AISBL, established in Brussels (Belgium), represented initially by O.W. Brouwer and
T.C. van Helfteren, and subsequently by O.W. Brouwer, T.C. van Helfteren and C. Lawton,
advocaten,

                                                                             appellant,


the other party to the proceedings being:


    European Commission,  represented by C. Ehrbar, G. Gattinara and A. Spina, acting as Agents,

                                                                  defendant at first instance,

                              THE  PRESIDENT   OF THE  COURT,

    having regard to the proposal from J.-C. Bonichot, Judge-Rapporteur,

    after hearing the Advocate General, M. Szpunar,

    makes the following

i   By its appeal, ClientEarth AISBL asks the Court of Justice to set aside the judgment of the General
    Court of the European  Union  of 1 February 2023, ClientEarth v Commission  (T-354/21,
    EU:T:2023:34), by which the General Court dismissed its action for annulment of Commission
    Decision C(2021) 4348 final of 7 April 2021 refusing access to certain documents requested
    pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of
    30 May  2001  regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission
