[This Order inserts a new Chapter into the General Regulations on Labour
Protection. It transposes into Belgian law the provisions contained in
European Community Council Directive 80/1107/EEC of 27 November 1980.

1. The following Chapter Ilbis, encompassing sections 103ter to
103octies, shall be inserted as follows in Part II of the General Regulations on
Labour Protection:
Chapter Ilbis. Provisions regarding the protection of workers from
hazards related to exposure to chemical, physical and biological agents.
103ter. The aim of this Chapter is the protection of workers against
hazards to their health, including the prevention of such hazards, to which they
are or may be exposed from exposure to chemical, physical and biological
agents which are considered to be harmful.
103quater. For purposes of this Chapter,
-agent means any chemical, physical or biological agent likely to be
harmful to health;
-worker means any person covered under section 28' of these Regulations
who is exposed or likely to be exposed to such an agent; and
