The genonl inniigration law of to-day is for the most part the act of March 3, 1903. Ten sections of that avt are reenacted in this bifl withouat any change whatever. Two sections are omitted from the present bill, as the do not relate to the subject of inunigration. Neithlr ofl1 these. sectiois, laowever, are repealed. Twentyeight sections of the old act are changed in greater or l0b degree. as Apevified below.
