The Committee on the Judiciary, to whom was referred the bill
(H.R. 3012) to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to
eliminate the per-country numerical limitation for employment-
based immigrants, to increase the per-country numerical limitation
for family-sponsored immigrants, and for other purposes, having
considered the same, report favorably thereon with an amendment
and recommend that the bill as amended do pass.

This Act may be cited as the Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2011.
