1)   Public Law No. 101-647 as approved
November 29, 1990.
Federal Death Penalty Legislation,
Semiautomatic Gun Control Legislation,
and Habeus Corpus Revision Legislation
were originally contained in H.R. 5269
and S. 1970. Eventually, these
provisions were eliminated and the clean
bill S. 3266 was introduced in lieu of
these two bills and enacted as
P.L. 101-647.

No reports were released on the enacted
legislation, S. 3266.
