DIGEST
Challenges to the agency's price and technical evaluations are denied where the
evaluations were reasonable and consistent with the terms of the solicitation.
DECISION
Enterprise Resource Planned Systems International, LLC (ERPSI), a small business
joint venture of Laurel, Maryland, protests the issuance of a task order to CSRA, LLC,
pursuant to request for task order proposals (RFTOPs) No. C-85117-SB and No.
C-85122-0, issued by the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, for
enterprise network information technology services for the Corporation for National and
Community Service. The protester contends the agency's price and technical
evaluations were flawed.
We deny the protest.
BACKGROUND
The agency issued the solicitations on January 5, 2021, pursuant to the procedures in
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 16.5, to firms holding Chief Information
Officer--Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ)
