DECISION STG LLC, of Reston, Virginia, protests the issuance of a task order to Science Applications International Corporation, also of Reston, Virginia, under request for task order proposals (RFP) No. W91 QVN-1 9-R-01 48, issued by the Department of the Army for cybersecurity, network operations, and maintenance of information technology support. STG challenges various aspects of the agency's evaluation and best-value tradeoff decision. We deny the protest.
