Clarocity Valuation Services, LLC, of Carlsbad, California, under Blanket Purchase
Agreement (BPA) No. AG-31ME-B-16-0005, for appraisal services. Vetterra asserts
that the agency's decision to exercise the option to extend the call order for six months
was unreasonable and violates the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Vetterra also
argues that the call order that was issued to Clarocity is outside the scope of the BPA.

We dismiss in part and deny in part the protest.
