In July ot this year, you requested that our Ourice investigate (tne events surrounding the erroneous declassiiication of documents odtaineu trom a Departmentiiibraty in Los Alamos, New Mexico. 'We touna that the declassitication errors at the Los Alamos lirary occurrea as part ot a large-scale program which deciassiriea nearly 1.5 million documents trom 1971 to 197b.
