We received the rule from the Department of Health and Human Services on June 24, 2010, from the Department of Labor on June 28, 2010, and from the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service on June 25, 2010. They were published in the Federal Register as interim final rules with request for GAO-10-897R
