          Pursuant to section 801(a)(2)(A) of title 5, United States Code, this is our report on a
          major rule promulgated by the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service
          (IRS); Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA);
          Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) (collectively, the agencies),
          entitled Interim Final Rules for Group Health Plans and Health Insurance Coverage
          Relating to Status as a Grandfathered Health Plan Under the Patient Protection and
          Affordable Care Act (RIN: 1545-BJ51; 1210-AB42; 0991-AB68). We received the rule
          on June 17, 2010. It was published in the Federal Register as interim final rules with
          request for comments on June 17, 2010. 75 Fed. Reg. 34,538.
