DIGEST Protest challenging the reasonableness of an agency's evaluation of technical proposals is denied where the record shows that the agency reasonably evaluated proposals consistent with the solicitation's evaluation criteria. DECISION Universal Consulting Services, Inc. (UCS), of Fairfax, Virginia, protests the issuance of a task order to Zolon Tech, Inc., of Herndon, Virginia, under request for proposals (RFP) No. CSE-1 7-0001, issued by the Department of the Army, U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC), for information management, information technology, and related support services for various agency programs. The protester challenges the agency's evaluation of technical proposals. We deny the protest.
