record shows that the evaluation was reasonable and consistent with the terms of the
solicitation.

dismissed where the assertion on which the protest is based does not constitute the

DECISION

MicroTechnologies, LLC (MicroTech), of Vienna, Virginia, protests the issuance of a
task order to Telos Corporation, of Ashburn, Virginia, under task order request for
proposals (TORP) No. FA4890-17-R-0032, issued by the Department of the Air Force
for defensive cyber operations support. The protester challenges the evaluation of its
proposal, and contends that the agency failed to consider relevant information in making
an affirmative determination of Telos' responsibility.

We deny the protest in part and dismiss it in part.
