DECISION Concurrent Technologies Corporation, of Jonestown, Pennsylvania, protests the award of a task order to Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., of Herndon, Virginia, under task order request for proposals (RFP) No. W912DY-1 7-R-0048, issued by the Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers (Corps), for program management services. The protester challenges the evaluation of the proposals and the selection decision. We deny the protest.
