1. Protest alleging that agency's evaluation of protester's technical quotation was
unreasonable is denied where the evaluation is shown to be reasonable and consistent
with the stated evaluation criteria.

2. Protest alleging that awardee engaged in a material misrepresentation regarding the
availability of key personnel is denied where the record shows that the named individual
remains available.
DECISION

DKW Communications, Inc., of Washington, D.C., protests the issuance of a task order
to TAULUN,1 of Washington, D.C., by the Department of Energy (DOE), National
Nuclear Security Agency (NNSA), under request for quotations (RFQ) No. DE-SOL-
0010157 for information technology (IT) support services for NNSA's office of
information management (OCIO). DKW argues that the agency's evaluation of vendors'
quotations was improper.

We deny the protest.
