DECISION

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., of San Diego, California, protests the award of a task order to
Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), of McLean, Virginia, under
request for task order proposals (RFTOP) No. CY-0002-UR, issued by the Department
of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) for
comprehensive cyber support services for the Marine Corps Forces Cyber Command
and Component Commands (MARFORCYBER). The protester challenges the agency's
technical evaluation and cost realism analysis, and contends that the source selection
decision is flawed.

We deny the protest.
