DECISION American Access, Inc., of Bartlett, Tennessee, challenges the awards of contracts to National Ramp, of Valley Cottage, New York, and TJ Rampit Inc., of Coldwater, Michigan, under request for proposals (RFP) No. VA240C-14-R-0015, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for modular ramps. The protester argues that the agency's price evaluation and selection decision were flawed. We deny the protest.
