          DIGEST

Protest challenging evaluation of proposals and resulting source selection is denied
where the record shows that the agency reasonably evaluated the differences
between the awardee's and protester's proposals and reasonably determined that
the awardee's higher-rated, slightly higher-priced, proposal represented the best
          value.

Ikun, LLC, of Herndon, Virginia, protests the Department of Justice, Drug

DEA's evaluation of proposals and the resulting best value determination.

          We deny the protest.
