DECISION Ikun, LLC, of Herndon, Virginia, protests the Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) award of a task order to Arctic Slope Technical Services, Inc., of Beltsville, Maryland, under request for proposals (RFP) No. DJD- 15-R-0006, for administrative and data research analysis services. Ikun challenges DEA's evaluation of proposals and the resulting best value determination. We deny the protest.
