DECISION Aegis Defense Services, LLC, of Arlington, Virginia, protests the issuance of a task order to Global Integrated Security (USA), Inc., of Reston, Virginia, under task order request for proposals (TORP) No. 2011-0006, issued by the Department of State for protective services in Basrah, Iraq.
