           DIGEST

           1. Protest challenging the agency's evaluation of the protester's and awardee's
           technical proposals is denied where the evaluation was reasonable, consistent with
           the stated evaluation criteria, reflected equal treatment of the offerors, and was
           adequately documented.

           2. Protest challenging the agency's evaluation of the protester's past performance
           is denied where the evaluation was reasonable and consistent with the stated
           evaluation criteria.

           3. Protest challenging the agency's price realism analysis is denied where, even if
           the evaluation was flawed, the protester cannot demonstrate that it would have
           been prejudiced by the agency's actions.

           4. Agency's selection of a lower-rated, lower-priced proposal for award is
           unobjectionable where the agency's tradeoff decision was reasonable, and where
           the agency adequately documented its trade-off rationale.
           DECISION

           DynCorp International, LLC, of Fort Worth, Texas, protests the award of a contract
           to URS Federal Services, Inc., under request for proposals (RFP) No. W58RGZ-14-
           R-0270, which was issued by the Department of the Army, Army Contracting
