Protest challenging the agency's evaluation of protester's and awardee's proposals is denied where the record reflects that the evaluation was reasonable and consistent with terms of the solicitation. 2. Protest challenging the agency's cost realism evaluation is denied where the agency's comprehensive evaluation record reasonably supports and adequately documents the cost/price evaluation. DECISION Jacobs Technology, Inc., (Jacobs) located in Tullahoma, Tennessee, protests the award of a contract to Syncom Space Services, LLC (S3), located in Fort Worth, Texas, under request for proposals (RFP) No. NNS14478585R, issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), for synergy-achieving consolidated operations and maintenance at Stennis Space Center and Michoud Assembly Facility. The protester challenges various aspects of the agency's evaluation of proposals and its source selection decision. We deny the protest.
