           DIGEST

           1. Protest alleging that the agency failed to reasonably evaluate the awardee's
           technical acceptability is denied where record shows that agency's evaluation was
           reasonable and consistent with the terms of the solicitation.

           2. Protest alleging that the agency failed to conduct a reasonable price realism
           analysis is denied where the record shows the agency's analysis was reasonable
           and adequately documented.

           3. Protest alleging that the agency evaluated the awardee's past performance in a
           manner inconsistent with the terms of the solicitation is denied where the solicitation
           did not require adjustment of an offeror's relevancy rating based upon whether the
           offeror performed the prior effort as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor.

           4. Protest alleging that the agency made an unreasonable source selection
           decision is denied where record shows that agency's source selection was
           reasonable, and the protest amounts to no more than disagreement with agency's
           decision.
