Protest that agency unreasonably failed to consider available relevant information bearing on awardee's responsibility is denied where record reflects that agency considered available relevant information and determined that it was not credible enough to warrant further investigation. 3. Protest that agency unreasonably considered nonrelevant contracts when evaluating awardee's key personnel and past performance is denied where record reflects that evaluation was reasonable and consistent with solicitation's terms.
