DECISION Building Operations Support Services (BOSS), LLC, of Bowie, Maryland, protests the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) award of a contract to Chugach Federal Solutions, Inc., of Anchorage, Alaska, under request for proposals (RFP) No. NNG1 0000489R for facilities operations and maintenance services at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. BOSS challenges the agency's evaluation of mission suitability and past performance as well as the source selection decision. We deny the protest.
