Protest challenging the evaluation of the protester's technical approach is denied where the agency reasonably concluded that the lack of detailed information regarding material solicitation requirements rendered its proposal unacceptable. 2. Protest challenging an award under the Federal Supply Schedule that included items labeled open market is denied where the record shows that the items were inaccurately labeled and were in fact part of a larger item that was on the awardee's schedule contract.
