(NSI) protests proposed corrective action contemplated by the Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, in connection with the agency's acquisition of various program and life cycle management and support services for the presidential helicopters program office under request for proposals (RFP) No. N00024-10-R-3435.
