DECISION Business Computer Applications, Inc. (BCA), of Atlanta, Georgia, protests the cancellation of request for task order proposals (RFTOP) No. 2011 -IM-0005, issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to provide information management services on a level of effort basis to support the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP).
