When the case record demonstrates that a claimant has made material misrepresentations and inconsistent statements of fact in support of his claim, then the claim is too doubtful to be approved for payment. DECISION The question in this case is whether Mr. Dennis Janicki, a former civilian employee of the Department of the Army, may be reimbursed for costs associated with shipping his house- hold effects upon his transfer from Washington, D.C., to Buffalo, New York.l/ Having considered the entire case record before us, we conclude that Mr. Janicki has failed to establish his right to reimbursement and consequently, his claim is denied.
