DIGEST: Whether contractor is entitled, after award, to be furnished certain engineering drawings involves a matter of contract administra- tion, which is the responsibility of the procuring activity and not the General Accounting Office. Amplitronics, Inc. complains about how its contract No. N00104-82-C-K723 is being administered by the Depart- ment of the Navy. Specifically, Amplitronics asserts that it cannot perform unless the contracting officer supplies certain engineering drawings. Because the contracting officer refuses to provide the drawings, Amplitronics requests that we terminate the contract for the convenience of the government. This Office does not resolve contract administration disputes. Such matters are the function and responsibility of the procuring activity rather than the General Account- ing Office.
