Baird Corporation (Baird) requests reconsideration of our decision in Baird Corporation, B-213233, December 20, 1983, R3-2 CPD . That decision was rendered in response to an expressioi-f interest from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in connection with Civil Action No. 83-3149. It is our policy not to decide matters where, as here, the material issues are before a court of competent juris- diction. In the present case, the court did express an interest in our earlier decision. Baird reguests that we reconsider our decision. However, since that decision was issued in response to an expression of interest from the court and the court has not indicated any interest in our reconsideration of the prior decision, we will take no further action on the merits of this matter.
