MATTER OF: Lieutenant Clyde Alan Kay, USNR

Member of the Navy Medical Service
Corps requests reimbursement of
expenses for packing and storing

Lieutenant Clyde Alan Kay, Navy Medical Service
Corps, requests reconsideration of our Claims Group's
March 11, 1982 denial of his claim for reimbursement of
expenses for packing and storing his household goods

applicable regulations restrict payment of such allow-

New Orleans, Louisiana. On March 20, 1980, he placed
his household effects in storage at his own expense.
