Coonrod and Walz Construction Co, Inc. (C&W), requests reconsideration of our decision in the matter of Coonrod and Walz Construction Co., Inc., B-204887, October 20, 1981, 81-2 CPDU , dismiss- inc, C&W's untimely protest against any award under an invitation for bids for project No. 452-031 issued by the Veterans Administration (VA) for construction alterations at the Medical Center in Wichita, Kansau. On Novembar 13, 1981, C&W filed thin reconsideration request concerning our October 20, 1981, decision. Reconsideration requests must be filed here not later than 10 working days after the basis for reconsideration is or should have been kriown. 4 C.F.R. § 21.9(b) (1981).
