Waiver may not be granted since authority under 5 U.S.C. 5584 does not extend to waiver of travel or relo- cation costs. Mr. James A. Ferguson, a civilian employee of the Air Force, has appealed the denial of his claim for full * ~~re imbursement of oteof shipping mobile home incident to a permanent change of station. Because Mr. Ferguson has received the maximum reimbursement allow- able under the relevant statue and implementing regulations, the claim is denied.
