Decrees in another State absolved the member of mupr-t for his
wife. In view of the conflict between the two States' court
decrees and to protect the interest of the United States9 the
aqency should hold iu escrow the amount rquired under the
qarnihment decree and forward the matter to the Department of
Justice to take appropriate action to resolve the conflict.
