Contra Costa Electric Inc. (Contra Costa), the electrical subcontractor of Carl W. Olson & Sons Co., requests '*orrection of a mistake in its subcon- tractor bid in connection with a contract awarded by the City of Benicia, California, pu'suant to the ?nvlronmental Protection Agency's (EPA) grant No. C-06-0988-110 for the construction of a wastewater treatment facility. Upon discovery of at mistake in its bid, Contra Costa advis'd the prime contractor, Olson, who then informed the City of Benicia Cgrantee) of its subcon- tractor's mistake.
