         Consideration  was requested of an employeela' claim
regarding expenses  incurred incident to transfer involving: (1)
trantportatinn atnd storage of h'anvehold effects; (21 'eal estate
transactions; and  (3),temporary quarters subsistence. Pequests
were made that the frst   portion of the claim be reported to
Congiess under.the Heritotious  Claims Act and that reimbursement
be mide for other specified  itema.. The claim did not involve
circumstances of an ususual  nature and therefore was not for i ,
reporting to CotKgress. lNeimburseuents for fees incident to radl
estata transactions were disallowed  as they were considred
finance charges. Replacement of  garbage disposal was not
allosable, and claim for transporting  children while occupyiig
tempotary quarters was not reimbursable.  (HTW)
