A retired Naval employee relnested reconsideration of a
decision denying his claim for reloration expenses incurred as
an employee of the Departaent of the Navy incident to a
permanent change of station. The employee, who was transferred
for the purpose of voluntary retirement immediatoly after
reporting to the new station, may not be reimbursed any amount
of relocation expenses, since the purpose of the transfer ws
