A Federal employee appealed a decisiom denying his
request for vaiver of the Government's claim against him for
overpayments of pay. The overpayments gere caused when
deductions of premium payments for optional insurance vere not
taken from his pay due to the Government's administrative error,
The employee's.request for niver was denied since he had
constructive knowledge of the overpayments. It would not b-i
incarvitable to require payment because the employee was covered
by the insurance even though the premiums were not deductei from
