requested reconsideration ofjour decision of October 22, 1976,
wbich'deaied' its prc$ 2agauet the cancellation of invitation
for bids (lfE) 9PR-Y-676-76/:U. issued by the General Services
Administration (Gw.) Region 9, San Francisco, California.

     Stah1's pratuAt vsjbased on iti contention that

     reason for caniseling the Initial FB.
