                 Contract disjute as to ausitence and smount of Goverument'u
                 liability to aontracto for his supplying contatrer. which
                 should have ben  furnished by Government must be puraed
                 andter contract Disputes clause.

                 C1onial  Mbving Ind Storage, Inc. has submitted a claim for
             an alleged undarpayment for servicas randered under contract
             DL 15-014-Al-10349 wth the United States Army. On.October 29,
             1976, the contracting officer issued his final decision pursuant
             to the Disputes cliiss of the doitraet In which he concluded
             that Colonial was entitled to an iacrease of $8,190.84 in its
             contract price for supplying shipping cttitntru which should
             have been furnished by the Government.

                 This mnter is for settlement pursucnt to the procedures
             set out in the Disputes clauss ihich is contained in the
             contract.  Those procedures provik& for a deciaiou by the
             coatractug  officer,with the contractor having a right of
             appeal fioithe detaion  to the Srcretary. Bth  ts  contractor
             mul tbt.0G erimnt are 'bonmd to follow the procedures set out
             in the notract fox'the administration of disputes arising out
             of the contrct and the contractor muut ehaust its administra-
             tive remedies under the Disputes clausu before appealing to                  -
             the courts.

                 Atcordingly, any remedy available:to Colonial must be
             pursued according to procedures jet forth in the Disputes
             clause of the contract.
