On May 10, 1965. he ftled'an appitcation for separation from the Coiisalaned Corps 'of the L'ublic iealth Service dAm though be was still in 'his obligated edrvice paiod. Personnel Order No. 126, was issuad on June 18, 1965, terminktin Dr. Wolfe's appoiitanc in the Commissioned Corp. and separa.'ing him frwn 'the service effective June 30. 1965. Subsequent to the isonance of those ordern but before their effective dates. Dr. Wolfe apparenly further considered his action and on June 28, 1965. filed a request that the June 18 separation oriar be cancelled.
