          After hta return to San Diego'* Mrs Kinolor submtted at travel voucher
          for the-axpones incurreds i  requaot for raimbursment for air
          fare frotal an Diego to NwviYork and for cab fare from John F.
          Cennedy Airport to his homeo Long loland was disallowed. Althogh
          his   gite received per de for the retur trip by car, Mr Kintor's
          claim for pr dias during te uperiod a  also daniod.

          return to their old post of duty liediataly becausn it would
          disrupt tha  duperation, tin December 1973 and January 1974, howvor,
