was directly traasferred from Guatcral City  to Sito Domingo in 1973
to aerve a 2-ycar tour of duty.  Travel Order 4-62119 dated Noveaber 29,
1973, authorized travel of this cla.imant via Washingtong D. Cot for
approxinstely 5 wr~zdays for coasultation purposes. Travel of tho
dependannts was authoarizaed, via Washington# D). Cop with per diaag sub-
ject to the provisions of 6 FANl 126.4.

     At the time 14r. Everett received his travel orders, his wife was
7 1/2 months progant.   According to the claimant, his wife's Synecol-
ogist w-uld wot sicn a medical authorization for air travel for her and
